Nenagh Administration Role

We are currently recruiting for a Part time Administrator to join our client's team in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks including managing emails, updating shared folders, and liaising with family members.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks including managing emails, updating shared folders, and liaising with family members
  • Handling phone calls and maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
  • File preparation and uploading documents to the database

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-12 months of administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
