As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This involves managing complex projects, overseeing manufacturing and automated processes, and coaching and developing the technical team.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in food process engineering or an equivalent discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering. Prior experience in dairy/food process engineering is highly desirable.
You will be working in a highly regulated quality-controlled environment with specialist Evaporation and Spray Drying equipment. The successful candidate will be able to calculate and organize data for complex process flow sheets, conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute complex projects in a highly regulated environment.
- Oversee manufacturing and automated processes to maximize understanding within the function.
- Coch and develop the technical team within the Value stream.
- Ensure all new equipment is validated as per QA procedures.
- Calculate and organize data for complex process flow sheets.
- Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production.
- Service, troubleshoot, and solve engineering problems via a cross-functional structured problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Process Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Engineering.
- Prior experience in Dairy/Food Process Engineering role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Spray drying operations and/or Evaporation is desirable.
- Knowledge or experience in Thermal processing of Dairy based products is desirable.
- Knowledge or experience in Powder conveying systems.
- Knowledge or experience in ATEX rated environments and their constraints.
