QC Team Development Manager

The QC People Team Leader is responsible for leading the Specialist team within the Quality Control department. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive the development of the position and execute activities within established standards.
This is a key role in ensuring product testing is scheduled and completed in a timely manner, in compliance with regulatory requirements. The leader will provide technical support to the Analyst team and be responsible for delivering quality projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Manage and develop the QC analyst team to provide safe, compliant, timely and cost-effective QC support to the plant.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product testing is scheduled and completed in a timely manner in compliance with cGxP.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the Analyst team for the investigation and closure of investigations.
- Project Delivery: Responsible for leading and delivering QC projects.
- Education: Primary degree in Science essential supported by a sound technical background in a chemistry discipline or equivalent.
- Experience: Strong supervisory experience in Pharmaceutical industry desirable.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role.
