Regional Digital Community Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Digital Community Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our online community, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining a positive and inclusive digital environment.

As a Regional Digital Community Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system. You will enforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform and stay updated on clients' products and community standards.

You will use your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community, analyze data to continuously enhance user experience, spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team, and identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Albanian (C1/C2) and English (C1)

• A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport

• In-depth cultural understanding and awareness of current affairs in the region

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
