• Create high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts that exceed customer expectations.
• Innovate with fresh, seasonal ingredients and develop new recipes to keep our menu exciting.
• Lead the pastry section, ensuring top-notch quality and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and consistency across all kitchen stations.
• Mentor and inspire junior pastry staff to reach their full potential.

• At least 2 years of pastry experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or hotels preferred).
• A passion for delivering pastry perfection and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a cohesive team.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
