We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance or facility services role and possess a strong understanding of trade skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing regular maintenance routines to identify and address any potential issues
  • Ensuring all scheduled maintenance is completed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of completed tasks on our PPM system
  • Carrying out post-maintenance repairs as required
  • Scheduling hygiene checks and performing inspections on life systems, such as fire detection and alarm systems
  • Completing general repairs to both building fabric and services
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent in a trade
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facility services role
  • At least 2 years' experience
