About the Position

Key responsibilities include designing, developing and deploying high-performance applications that serve the financial industry.

Collaboration with solution architects, analysts and developers is required to create robust and secure software solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative financial solutions using .NET technology.
  • Build and consume APIs for real-time data integration and trade processing.
  • Translate financial requirements into performant software systems through collaboration with business analysts and domain experts.
  • Implement security and compliance standards common in the banking and capital markets industries.
  • Write clean and maintainable code and participate in code reviews, testing and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize mission-critical financial systems.
  • Work as part of an agile team contributing to sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in .NET (C#) development including .NET Core and modern architectural patterns.
  • Hands-on background in financial services or related domains.
  • Proficient in RESTful API design and consumption with secure authentication and authorization practices.
  • Solid SQL Server/database skills including data modeling and query optimization for high-throughput financial systems.
  • Experience working in regulated environments applying best practices in code and data security.
  • Confidence with Git, agile software workflows and collaboration tools.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development in financial workloads.
  • Knowledge of event-driven or messaging systems for high-performance applications.
  • Experience integrating with FIX protocol or real-time financial data feeds.
  • Domain-driven design, microservices and containerization in a banking context.
