Key responsibilities include ensuring all on-site activities comply with health and safety legislation and company policies, carrying out regular site audits and inspections, preparing and implementing risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety plans, delivering training and ongoing support to site personnel and subcontractors, investigating incidents and near misses, and maintaining detailed reports.
