About the Job

This role involves working closely with our team to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, manage recruitment desks, and take part in regular team training and on-the-desk learning. You will have the opportunity to grow your market knowledge and hit (and exceed) performance goals.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1–2 years' client service experience in banking or financial services - or similar industries like insurance, wealth management, FinTech, treasury, commercial lending, or retail banking
  • Focused on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations at every opportunity.
  • Enthusiastic and driven, with a positive attitude that contributes to a dynamic work atmosphere.
