Key Responsibilities

• To assist the Head of Pastry in delivering high-quality desserts, pastries, and breads while maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.
• To develop and implement new recipes that meet the hotel's standards and preferences.
• To work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of dessert and pastry production.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a busy hotel or restaurant pastry section.
• Previous experience with HACCP protocols and food safety procedures.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in pastry design and production.
