Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grocery Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer care and operational standards. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the department and team to deliver outstanding results and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining costs.
  • Analyse sales data and department trading patterns to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and address variations to the cost base of the department on a weekly basis.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
