We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the role of Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical part in driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with top-funded startups in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals focused on top-funded startups, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the team, managing day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
  • Develop full sales cycle strategies for driving product adoption, net new product sales, and client retention, working closely with the investment partnership team on VC portfolio analyses and founder-focused gatherings.
  • Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle, ensuring internal teams are set up for user success by coordinating with other teams such as Solution Architects, SDRs, Marketing, Product, and more.
  • Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members, promoting career growth and increasing impact for the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
