Your primary responsibility will be to manage our Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, including representing the firm at career fairs, engaging with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities, and managing the end-to-end process from advertising roles to onboarding and offboarding. You will also be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, such as sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.

A key aspect of this role is providing clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders with a track record of gaining buy-in, and confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the firm at career fairs and engage with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for our College Student Placement and Graduate Programmes.
  • Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities are completed efficiently.
  • Track and review student performance before their placement ends.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the HR system with new starter details and required documentation.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Providing clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications.
  • Assist with work permit and visa applications when necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
