Project Manager for Data Center Operations

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the procurement, coordination, and delivery of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and materials for a data center construction project. This role ensures seamless integration between the owner's procurement team and the general contractor or subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all OFCI-related activities on the data center project.
  • Coordinate closely with design teams, vendors, logistics, and construction to ensure timely delivery and installation of OFCI equipment.
  • Manage the lifecycle of OFCI items from specification through procurement, shipping, delivery, and installation.
  • Maintain a detailed OFCI tracker, including delivery dates, lead times, shipping status, and installation readiness.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align equipment deliveries with construction milestones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in construction or project management, with at least 2 years in data center or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven experience managing OFCI equipment on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure components.
