Job Description
Tesco is seeking an experienced Feasibility Manager to lead and manage the commercial and technical aspects within the Store Development Feasibility and Commercial team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management, preferably with PQS or Contractor/Developer experience, and excellent leadership and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate feasibility cost estimates and ensure consistent cost management processes across all markets.
- Lead and manage all commercial and technical due diligence, design, and implementation for new store development and redevelopments in the Tesco Portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions for store delivery.
- Manage cost data, benchmark development costs, and drive cost efficiencies through value engineering and procurement processes.
