Product Delivery Manager Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated product delivery professional with a keen focus on delivering value to join our organization and contribute to a major transformation project.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery of the product backlog to maximize the value of the products/services delivered.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to various stakeholders, representing the project team and identifying product requirements for the development team.
  • Support the product owner in prioritizing the product backlog that aligns with the project vision and goals, and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, design team leads, quality assurance) to ensure that the product/service delivered meets customer needs and is delivered on time.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product/project, inspiring others to share and contribute to the product/project vision and goals.
  • Continuously monitor the project's performance, gather feedback from various stakeholders, and respond/take actions to show continuous improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize future improvements.
  • Make tough decisions on what features/items to include in each sprint or release, based on the value they will deliver to business needs.
  • Closely work with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and the delivery squad to resolve challenges and remove impediments.
  • Be a professional with strong commercial acumen who can connect easily with the strategy and goals of the project and business.
