Clinical Operations Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive operational excellence in clinical development programs. As an Operational Program Head, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights and actionable strategies to execute clinical development programs and trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational delivery of clinical development programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clinical development programs, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with Global Clinical Team (GCT) and Global Program Team (GPT) to develop and implement operationally feasible approaches that harmonize clinical science and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, with proven leadership skills in managing global teams and matrix organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, including late-stage development.
  • Ability to lead in times of organizational transformation and across organizational boundaries.
