About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our property management division, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings and property management of our residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lettings process from initial inquiry to successful tenancy agreement.
  • Conduct property viewings and inspect properties to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property performance and tenant interactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in property management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • A current PSRA license and own car with full driving license.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
