We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Security Manager to join our team at Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations of our data centers.
Responsibilities
• Manage the execution of the Security Program in the data center cluster.
• Provide on-site direction and guidance to the contract security officers via their chain of command to ensure proper execution and enforcement of security policies and procedures set forth by AWS.
• Assist in investigations upon request and under the direct leadership of the Cluster Security Manager and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of a busy security program.
Requirements
• A minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of cybersecurity or data center security.
• Proven track record of successfully managing security programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
