About the Role

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design and delivery of complex projects
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and quality control
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Develop and implement strategies for project success, including risk management and contingency planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in electrical engineering within a design consultancy environment
  • Demonstrated success in project management, with experience delivering complex, multi-sector projects
  • Proficiency in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
