Dublin City Relief Cooking Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with us on a flexible basis, providing relief cover for various hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues.
About the RoleThis role involves preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality food and be able to work under pressure. They will also need to be a good team player and have valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
Requirements- Essential skills: chef, HACCP, manual handling
As a Relief Chef with our team, you can expect:
- Competitive pay rates starting at €18ph and up to €25ph for Sunday work
- Paid weekly and for each hour worked
- Flexible rosters to suit your schedule
- Opportunity to work with some of Ireland's best Executive Head Chefs and in top venues
- Holiday pay
- Full-time or part-time work with hours that suit relief chefs
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their work and has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food. You will need to provide references for previous employment as a chef and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
