Automated Visual Inspection Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) projects. This includes planning, resource allocation, budget management, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. A strong understanding of GMP regulations, manufacturing operations, and fill finish processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle of project planning and implementation, from business case evaluation to go-live.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and onboard required project resources, collaborate with teams to drive progress, and ensure timely delivery across all project workstreams.
  • Budget Management: Support local budget management through KPI tracking of cash flow and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and ensure compliance with global standards across the project, support cross-stream project planning, and collaborate with operational users to understand and address their needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, lead monthly site-level project meetings, and deliver a monthly project dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' project management experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of GMP, manufacturing operations, and fill finish process, project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent), proficient in project planning tools (MS Project).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, apply analytical problem-solving, make dynamic decisions, plan effectively, and manage stakeholder engagement & senior management reporting.
