About the Role

This role offers the perfect opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our members. As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient environment for club members, while also assisting in the smooth running of the club during opening hours.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
  • Assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties.
  • Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have the ability to work as part of a team, and a desire to progress in your career. In addition, you will require:

  • Fluent English.
  • Pool/lifeguard certification.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • NCEF qualification or equivalent.
