Seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of a Chef de Partie

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively as part of a dynamic kitchen team.

  • Assist senior chefs in the overall management of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative dishes, showcasing culinary creativity and flair.
  • Prepare and present all food orders to the highest standard, adhering to menu specifications and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise the setup and preparation of menu items, ensuring timely readiness and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of HACCP regulations, applying them at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent certification.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP procedures and regulations.
