Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working on a client site in Limerick, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all maintenance activities, including installation and commissioning of products, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

The Onsite Engineer will provide front-line support for key field service activities at customer sites, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Undertakes all maintenance activities (including installation and commissioning) of products in line with global standards.
  • Provides detailed and accurate feedback on activities and compiles clear and concise reports for submission to the line manager and/or technical support.

This is a permanent position that offers a great benefits package in a large regulated company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational level: University or formal qualification in a mechanical, electromechanical or electronics discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years field service experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally customer facing.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work.
