Job Title: Senior Performance Tester
This is a senior-level position that requires leading a team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have experience with performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or JMeter, and knowledge of test automation and relevant tools.
- Lead a team to review and implement new testing methodologies
- Train, monitor and review the performance of the team
- Prepare, deliver and record test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Track, manage and record issues during the testing lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve existing testing processes
- Develop and lead training programs for team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Analyze and report on testing results and metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance testing tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
- Experience testing on various platforms, including cloud
