The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to institutional clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the co-ordination of the institutional client take and managing the take-on process to successful completion, ensuring all stakeholders are informed about new business opportunities.
- Ensuring adherence to the global onboarding process, maintaining up-to-date onboarding plans.
- Receiving and servicing client requests, tracking and resolving them, including handling claims.
- Liaising with clients and sales teams to obtain relevant KYC documents, processing them in the KYC system.
- Producing and sending client reports on time, adhering to agreed intervals and deadlines.
