About the Role
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage and scale our onboarding efforts in EMEA.
This role offers a unique blend of leadership, client engagement, and onboarding new enterprise customers.
You will play a critical role in driving onboarding success while guiding a team responsible for seamless product deployment and adoption.
Your leadership skills and problem-solving mindset will empower your team, inspire collaboration, and drive efficiency through structured processes.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, product teams, and customer success managers to ensure smooth transitions from sales to full product adoption.
Your expertise and strategic approach will help shape the future of implementation processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy to ensure seamless product deployment and adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Matehr's solutions, guiding your team through technical onboarding and addressing escalations.
- Lead a team of Onboarding Managers, ensuring successful processes and continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure potential risks and challenges are proactively addressed.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, post-launch support, and product adoption.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within the onboarding framework.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team in Onboarding Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services (At least 3 years).
- A strong background in managing enterprise client relationships and delivering SaaS solutions in a global setting.
