Key Roles:
  • Support store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running.
  • Supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Implement and maintain store policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent customer service and communication skills, good organisational and multitasking abilities are essential.
