You will join the Financial Operations team, collaborating extensively with manufacturing and production departments, involving regular touchpoints throughout the organization.

This role requires hands-on cost and management accounting expertise, as well as frequent visits to the factory floor to ensure success.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed cost models, maintaining knowledge of products and processes, liaising with stakeholders, collecting data, analyzing supplier pricing, calculating labor and overhead costs, and inventory/stock analysis.

As a fully qualified accountant, you must have at least two years' post-qualified experience in an industry role, preferably in general manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and lateral thinking are essential, along with effective communication skills to liaise with various internal stakeholders.
