We are seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and planned maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operational performance and maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in line with GMP and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience working with GMP-compliant systems and documentation.
• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
