Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform day-to-day laboratory testing, sample management, data review, and routine duties with high attention to detail and quality of documentation. They will also be responsible for taking initiative and responsibility for ad-hoc duties and projects, working collaboratively as part of a team to drive results and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine testing in support of manufacturing and batch release with accuracy and precision.
  • Review test data from utilities and environmental monitoring samples, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills to manage assay controls, reference materials, and standard stock control.
  • Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and forms, ensuring compliance with company requirements and industry regulations.
  • Support process simulations and contribute to the development of new procedures and workflows.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure awareness of safety protocols and best practices in all aspects of work, prioritizing personal and team safety.
  • Analyze data generated in the laboratory, identifying key trends and insights.
  • Maintain high standards of laboratory housekeeping, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strong scientific and GMP documentation skills, accurately recording and reporting data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a science-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sterile manufacturing lab environment.
