Job Description
This client-facing role works to engage and enable customers by effectively managing their needs, creating a differentiated customer experience.
As a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, you'll manage relationships holistically, aligning with global counterparts to create one global customer experience.
- Provide differentiating service for Strategic Accounts, owning our customers' journey.
- Align with Global counterparts to create one global customer experience.
- Serve as SPOC for all customer relationship matters within assigned accounts.
- Identify key customer stakeholders and develop strategies to build trusted advisor relationships.
- Maintain regular interaction with assigned accounts to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Champion Customer Experience Improvement in close cooperation with the Digital Customer Experience unit.
- Sustain a sense of urgency across the organization to solve customer issues.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction, as measured by NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge or experience with ERP tools like SAP with Sales and Distribution required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client services or customer service required.
- Prefer 2-3 years of direct experience in customer interaction roles.
- Strong communication skills, approachable, good listener, empathetic.
- Working knowledge of MS Office or willingness to learn it quickly.
