Job Description

As a seasoned web applications developer with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development of modern software solutions using Angular framework. You will take ownership of analyzing requirements, enhancing existing applications and building new systems that meet the highest standards of performance, accessibility, and design.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient angular components.
  • Coding in adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications to ensure they operate within technical and functional specifications.
  • Performing regular preventive maintenance activities.
  • Providing exceptional user support.
  • Integrating technical and application components to meet business objectives.
  • Completing assigned tasks related to the development lifecycle of enterprise applications within given scope and timeframe requirements.
  • Driving incident resolution and ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills
  • Expertise in accessible web application development and full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), Typescript, and styling using CSS, SCSS or CSS in JS.
  • Familiarity with Oauth2 for authentication processing.
  • Experience with modern front-end libraries and frameworks such as Angular 2+, Bootstrap or Material Design.
  • Knowledge of OpenShift and Docker containers.
  • Proficient in Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience with 3Scale, KeyCloak, Npm, Gitlab, Jenkins, SonarQube, ArtiFactory, Jira, Confluence.
  • Progressive Web App development skills including Offline and Indexed DB experience.
  • Encryption knowledge.
  • Understanding of XML and JSON.
  • Integration experience with external applications.
  • OpenAPI knowledge.
  • Service Workers expertise.
  • OpenID connect and OAuth protocols understanding.
  • Mobile-First Development skills.
  • Front-end CI pipelines experience.
  • Testing Tools proficiency - cucumber/Karama/Jasmine/Protractor.
  • EJB2/3 – for maintenance of older applications.
  • Ionic expertise.

Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise development.
  • Public sector experience preferred but not required.

Consultancy Skills
  • Strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Self-driven and disciplined individual.
