Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Tax team as a Senior Manager – Corporate Tax. This newly created position will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Tax division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading strong client relationships, managing tax compliance obligations, and contributing to the operational management of the tax department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners on advisory projects, including due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganization assignments.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other departments on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
  • Managing the tax compliance obligations on a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Contributing to the operational management of the tax department, including certain business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A professional accountancy qualification is preferred (ITI, CTA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Experience in managing a corporate client portfolio with strong commercial expertise.
  • Strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services.
  • Prior experience of working with FDI cases is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong Microsoft applications skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
