About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cpl Healthcare as a Deputy Home Manager in a children's residential service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care and support to children and young people.

You will be responsible for managing the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose, ensuring a safe and caring environment for all residents. This includes adhering to relevant childcare legislation, national standards, and our client's Policies and Procedures.

We require an experienced Social Care Professional with a qualification in Social Care or a relevant field, and at least 3 years' experience working in children's residential care. You should also have flexibility to work shifts if required.
