We are seeking a skilled Audit Senior to join our dynamic team, specializing in aviation leasing, securitisation, and asset management. As an Audit Senior, you will be part of a forward-thinking team working on complex, cross-border audit assignments.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to fast-evolving sectors, working with a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, including investment funds, SPVs, and aviation finance structures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of audit engagements, from planning to completion, ensuring all audit work is completed in compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies.
  • Perform in-depth audit procedures, including risk assessments, control testing, and substantive audit work.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, particularly in aviation, structured finance, and asset management sectors.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of audit processes and tools to drive efficiency and maintain high audit quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in auditing standards, accounting frameworks (especially IFRS), and relevant sector regulations through continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Skills

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in external audit, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge with practical experience applying IFRS; knowledge of UK/Irish GAAP or US GAAP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Exposure to a diverse client portfolio; experience with aviation leasing, SPVs, funds, or financial services clients is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed to a long-term career in practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and build rapport with clients.
