About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Children's Health Ireland at Crumlin, working as a Consultant Paediatrician in the field of neurodisability and complex care. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to children with complex needs, develop evidence-based approaches to care, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide acute care to children with neurodisability and complex care needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based approaches to care
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in paediatric neurodisability and complex care

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registration as a specialist in General Paediatrics on the Medical Council Register of Ireland
  • Two years certified postgraduate training in Paediatric Neurodisability
  • Experience in clinical practice in delivery of acute unscheduled care at local and national levels

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in paediatric neurodisability and complex care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
