We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our facilities management team.
- Key Responsibilities:
Support maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Handle planned and unplanned maintenance of plant and utilities according to EHS and Quality standards.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve equipment maintenance issues efficiently.
- Service electrical, mechanical, and non-technical equipment as needed.
- Respond to queries and resolve faults in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and maintain accurate records.
- Install new plant and equipment to meet operational requirements.
- Utilize CMMS/CAFM systems to manage maintenance activities effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements at all times.
