Our organization is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Liquidity Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for accuracy, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely liquidity reports that help steer the strategic and regulatory course of the business. Your insights and attention to detail will support high-impact decisions across the enterprise.
We're looking for someone who can prepare daily liquidity reports (LCR, NSFR) and ensure accurate variance analysis and reconciliations. You'll also assist in the monthly/quarterly production of regulatory liquidity reports, including ALMM, Asset Encumbrance, IRRBB, and more.
You'll be responsible for supporting process enhancements and automation initiatives, including JIRA and Axiom testing. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce report packs, gather attestations, and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to build a deep understanding of our liquidity regulatory framework through continuous training and development. You'll also contribute to risk-aware decision-making and uphold best practices in compliance and control.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for accuracy, are essential. You'll also need to have a solid grasp of financial statements, liquidity metrics, and regulatory reporting.
