About our Early Years Practitioner role

We are seeking a skilled and caring professional to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values respect, teamwork, and professional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. They will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and development, communicate openly with parents and colleagues to ensure high quality care and education, and adhere to company policies, regulations and best practices guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different age groups and abilities.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to provide the highest standard of care.
  • Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Level 5 or higher).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Reliability and commitment to providing exceptional childcare services.
