Medical Device Production Associate

Job Overview:
Headcount Solutions is seeking a dedicated professional to join our R&D team as a Test Technician.
About the Role:
This site-based position involves assisting in the testing and prototyping of medical device products. The successful candidate will work closely with our R&D team to ensure the highest quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the build and testing of medical device products.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company Quality system procedures and associated documentation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product build and testing skills.
- Contribute to inventory management for designated R&D projects.
- Prepare and handle drug-coated devices in a laboratory setting as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to GMP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a test and production environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with coating, assembly, stent loading, or packaging process steps is beneficial.
- A background in medical devices or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
