We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of M&E Site Supervisor. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on high-density residential projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supervising M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule. You will also be responsible for implementing and developing M&E quality systems, including online management portals.

Key responsibilities:

  • M&E Quality Assurance: Monitor and follow up on the quality of M&E system installations across residential projects during various build stages.
  • M&E Quality Systems: Implement and develop M&E quality systems, including online management portals.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise M&E sub-contractors onsite, ensuring quality and adherence to schedule.
  • Troubleshooting: Support construction management teams in on-site M&E installations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project design teams as needed.

Key requirements for candidates:

  • M&E Background: Background in M&E with relevant certification preferred.
  • Post-Qualification Experience: Post-qualification experience of 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Quality Focus: Desire to improve installation quality and procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with project management software platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, self-motivated team player with initiative.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and focus on programme delivery.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites and hold a full driving license.
