Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Create, test, and maintain factory test software for Apple Mac and iOS products.
  • Develop and implement automated product testing processes.
  • Improve and optimize test processes to drive key performance metrics, such as yield, UPH, order cycle time, cost, scrap, DPPM, and CPK.
  • Lead regional technicians and production trainers while providing direction and support.
  • Analyze data, including test results and key performance indicators.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and participate in global project implementations.
  • Collaborate with international Test Engineering, HW, and SW teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) or Master of Engineering in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, graduating in 2025 or later.
  • A minimum Bachelors degree with a 2.1 honors classification is required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Hardware failure analysis skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Apple hardware and software technologies.
  • Experience with scripting languages like UNIX shell, Perl, and/or Python.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and statistical skills.
  • Knowledge of telecoms/networking would be beneficial.
