Senior Financial Leadership Role

The Senior Commercial Finance Manager will lead commercial discussions across all aspects of the business from a finance perspective, supporting evaluation, modelling, return calculation and decision-making on CAPEX and marketing/digital investments.

This role requires strategic thinking, business partnering skills and leadership experience to manage the finance team. The successful candidate will have expertise in FP&A, commercial finance and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial discussions and provide financial expertise to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage treasury and cash flow, establish internal financial controls and compliance.
  • Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage and analyze customer data.
  • Set and monitor company-wide metrics and data sources.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered or ACCA accountant with a minimum of 7 years PQE.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or supply chain industries.
  • Proficiency in designing, building and utilizing dashboards and KPIs.
