Senior Project Information Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management, organization, and governance of project information across rail infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement effective information management strategies for rail projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including data storage, retrieval, and archiving.
- Support the design and implementation of digital tools and systems for project collaboration.
- Manage the quality assurance of project data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of project information management plans.
- Provide guidance on information management best practices to project teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to optimize information flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in information management, ideally within the rail or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of data management systems, information governance, and BIM implementation.
- Familiarity with Irish and international standards for information management in rail projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
