Your primary responsibility will be to elicit, document, and ensure the successful delivery of business requirements that drive digital experiences that delight our users. You'll collaborate with our product team to deliver changes prioritised by our Product Manager, ensuring the overall scope and technical requirements for assigned sprints are understood and implemented.
You'll also be responsible for building and maintaining a strong understanding of our existing system and application landscape as a building block for future solutions.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Work closely with the product owner and delivery team to focus on value-driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of our digital product and internal applications.
- Be a champion for the Agile way of working and help ensure improvements to increase the team's productivity are implemented.
- Ensure product development sprints are planned: stay 2-3 sprints ahead, ensuring clarity and readiness for each feature.
- Identify and remove impediments and obstacles on behalf of your team.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' practical experience in a Business Analysis role in a digital environment. Experience using work management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is essential.
