Process Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a unique opportunity to excel in a challenging role focused on process management. With a strong background in engineering, science, or a related field, the Process Manager will be responsible for driving efficiency and productivity across production lines.

This position requires someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with continuous processes. Strong problem-solving and project management skills are essential, as well as knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools like 5S, SMED, SPC, or FMECA.

The successful candidate will lead improvement projects, develop training programs, and ensure safety and risk checks are carried out effectively. They will also maintain key production data, dashboards, and KPIs up to date.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving production line efficiency and quality
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes
  • Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to solve production issues
  • Developing and implementing training programs for operators and new staff
  • Ensuring safety and risk checks are carried out effectively

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with continuous processes
  • Knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (like 5S, SMED, SPC, or FMECA)
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Practical, hands-on approach and confidence working directly on the production floor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
