Early Years Practitioner Job Opportunity

Are you a passionate and dedicated individual seeking a rewarding role in Early Childhood Education? We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team


Job Purpose:

To act as a positive role model and be responsible for delivering and implementing a high-quality, play-based curriculum under the guidance of national quality frameworks. This will involve guiding, observing, stimulating, and supervising children in a safe and caring environment as part of the childcare team.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver High-Quality Curriculum: Implement a play-based curriculum that encourages independence and fosters self-esteem growth within all children.
  • Support Children's Development: Assist in providing healthy snacks, which meet growing needs and reflect variation in culture or dietary requirements. Develop and support parental involvement strategies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Ensure Child Welfare: Prioritize child welfare in accordance with Children First National Guidance for Protection and Welfare.
  • Promote the Service: Engage with local communities and wider areas to assist and support service quality and sustainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of FETAC Level 5 in Early Years Education
  • Strong understanding and experience in Early Childhood Education and working with parents/carers
