Key Responsibilities:

To work as part of the Children's Disability Network Team providing therapeutic services to children and young people with complex needs arising from disabilities.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support assessment and interventions aligned with principles of Children's Disability Network Teams.

Provide family-centered practice, prioritizing the needs of the child/young person and their family.

Requirements:
  1. Registered Social Worker with minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
  2. Demonstrated experience working with children with complex needs
  3. Ability to maintain effective relationships with families and professionals
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
